Thanksgivig is a holiday celebrated in the United States of America on the 4th Thursday of November. 
It is a day to celebrate harvest and all we are thankful for.
Thanksgiving is spending time with family. Traditional foods are turkey, sweet potatoes, cornbread and cranberry sauce. 
Some people break the turkey's wishbone. Whoever ends up with the larger part of the bone gets their wish! 
After a meal families sit down together to play board or card games. 
There is also a baloon parade called The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

In the free time, we like playing board games.

They make us happy and also help us learn foreign languages, e.g English.

Playing board games is a good way of spending time with friends and family.

Board games develop reasoning and social skills.

Hi! Here are the best flags chosen in a competition for The Most Interesting Flag of Great Britain. Congratulations to the winners!

 Bonfire Night is a holiday celebrated on 5th November in the UK. It is to remember Guy Faweks who wanted to blow up the Houses of Pairlament and kill the king.

On Bonfire Night people make bonfires and watch fireworks dislpays. They eat jacket potatoes, hot dogs and candy apples.

 Children learn about history of the day and about fire safety. They play with sparkles. It is a happy holiday.

We like sport. Our favourite sport discipline is football. Football is a team sport. The best football players are Lewandowski, Messi and Ronaldo. We also attend football practice to become football players;)

Halloween is a holiday celebrated on 31st of October. It is derivied form a Celtic tradition.
On Halloween children wear spooky costumes. 
We walk from house to house and say: 'trick or treat'. 
We meet at Hallowen parties and have fun.
