Thanksgivig is a holiday celebrated in the United States of America on the 4th Thursday of November. 
It is a day to celebrate harvest and all we are thankful for.
Thanksgiving is spending time with family. Traditional foods are turkey, sweet potatoes, cornbread and cranberry sauce. 
Some people break the turkey's wishbone. Whoever ends up with the larger part of the bone gets their wish! 
After a meal families sit down together to play board or card games. 
There is also a baloon parade called The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
